'...loving my neighbourhood'
Lunch Table

A project focusing more on what we love about where we live and less on fly-tipping & anti-social behaviour, using four existing free resources

Plastic Free

1. Sign up to an Environmental challenge

Ideas to help your community reduce single-use plastic waste every day at home, work, school and in the streets. Also, other habits that help the planet. Examples below:

2. Work with your immediate neighbourhood

Using council ward maps like this one for Blenheim Park, find your street and work with your immediate neighbourhood/district.

There are around five in each ward marked in purple. You can find your Ward & Polling Districts map here

Then start planning what you're going to do together, whether it's a tidy up, some gardening, helping neighbours who are struggling. Perhaps a bigger project?

Use images, text, maps, song, spoken word - anything to expresss how you feel about your neighbourhood!

Perhaps a new nickname for your area eg 'Milton Evers' for Milton EV District, see more photos of this neighbourhood here
